The pendant is accented with a .06ct pink sapphire set into 18k gold bezel. The smoky charcoal patina is a striking contrast to the softly colored stone. A hidden bail is behind the fan shape top.
The Holley Blue Agate is a rare gem and no longer mined. It comes from Oregon and this piece is old stock rough that was recently shaped and cut. The stone measures 16x7mm. The stone boasts a natural pattern of inclusions of shadow crystal structure and patterns that add to the natural beauty of the stone. The tone is soft and ethereal. Different lighting show off the purple tones or the blue tones. It is a very difficult stone to photograph as any lighted and bright surface washes out the stone color. The smoky charcoal patina will naturally wear with use. Highlights of silver will begin to peek through more as it rubs against your skin.
